As a web developer you should use a variety of web browsers. Your target audience may use different web browsers like Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Safari ,etc. Each browser displays your web pages differently. Once you develop web pages you would want to test how they are displayed in popular web browsers. Certain web browsers do not entirely comply with the W3C specifications.
